Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for mainland France, and 5 to 12 business days for international shipments. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the order.
Returns
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an unused product in its original packaging. Please contact us via our Contact page to initiate a return request.
Refunds
Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the purchase.
